Timberkala, a premium wooden home decor brand, approached us in late 2023 with a strong product offering but no defined digital identity or platform to showcase their work. Our goal was to create a brand that reflected the elegance, craftsmanship, and sustainability of their wooden creations. From strategy to execution, we handled the entire digital transformation — crafting the brand voice, designing a visually rich UI, and launching their e-commerce experience on Shopify.

In just 3 months post-launch (Feb–May 2024), Timberkala scaled to ₹6 lakhs/month in revenue, built a loyal customer base, and continues to grow organically with a refined brand identity that now speaks to modern Indian homeowners.

Tomto Lemon started by diving into Timberkala’s core — handmade, sustainable wooden products made with heart. We then translated this ethos into a warm, premium visual identity. From colors inspired by natural wood tones to earthy typefaces, the brand now reflects its values: elegant, rooted, and conscious.

The focus was on creating an e-commerce platform that feels as crafted as the products themselves. The team at Tomto Lemon used minimal, distraction-free layouts that allow the product to shine. Smart filtering, clear CTA placements, and quick add-to-cart functionality ensured a smooth customer journey.

The team at Tomto Lemon executed a fully responsive Shopify front-end with performance-optimized code. Animations, product zoom features, and a seamless cart-to-checkout experience helped reduce drop-offs and enhance buyer confidence.

Every piece of copy — from homepage taglines to product descriptions — was written to evoke the story of craftsmanship, natural beauty, and the idea of ‘bringing home a piece of nature.’ This helped differentiate Timberkala in a highly competitive decor market.

Tomto Lemon custom-built Timberkala’s store on Shopify, integrating it with logistics, payment gateways, and inventory systems. With scalable infrastructure and user-friendly backend, the team now manages orders efficiently while the front-end drives trust and conversions.
